PROCESSING TIMES BEFORE SHIPPING:
Stock Orders: Orders placed by 11:30 AM AEST will ship the same day if items are in stock. Out-of-stock items requiring printing take approximately 4 business days. While we aim for same-day dispatch, ordering early ensures faster processing.
Custom Made Orders: Personalised items (e.g. named guard bags or sequin names) are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on stock, job complexity, and quantities ordered. Contact us for specific timeframes.
Club Uniforms: Processing typically takes 4–7 business days, but during peak times or large events, additional stock may need to be ordered. For urgent events, please contact us to confirm timelines.
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP FROM GMD ACTIVEWEAR?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our GMD warehouse 17/29 Moreton Bay Road Capalaba 4157, Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout to avoid shipping fees.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup details. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect, as your order may not yet be ready.
If you haven’t received a notification, check your spam/junk folder first. If you’re still unsure, feel free to call us to confirm.
FREE SHIPPING
Free standard domestic shipping is offered on all orders that total $150 + and will be shown as an option upon checkout if eligible. Order product total $150.00 AUD to qualify for free shipping. International free shipping rate is $200 and above. Free shipping excludes club leotards.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
All orders are sent via registered Australia Post eParcel for secure delivery. Signature on delivery is required to ensure you receive your parcel.
If you prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, add a note at checkout (e.g "Leave at front door" or "Authority to leave"). However, parcels left without a signature are considered delivered and cannot be tracked further. GMD is not responsible for parcels left without a signature.
WHERE IS THE GMD WAREHOUSE LOCATED?
The GMD Activewear Australia warehouse is located at 17/29 Moreton Bay Road, Capalaba QLD 4157. All products purchased via www.gmdirect.com.au will be shipped directly from the Capalaba (QLD) warehouse.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
GMD Activewear use Australia Post to deliver your parcels. In certain cases, we may change the shipping carrier to ensure your goods are received in the best way possible & are safe and sound. Generally all parcels are sent via Australia post, and larger shipments via Couriers Please or Aramex.
